Payment, Cancellation and Change Conditions
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING PREPAID (ONLINE) RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF COLLECTION
1) The BUYER has the right to withdraw up to (24) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/ by e-mail or telephone within this period. In case of exercise of this right, https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/ will refund the service fee to the BUYER within the following seven (7) business days.
2) The BUYER has the right to change or postpone the starting and ending place of the service and the service time up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right to change, it is necessary to notify https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/ by phone or live support units within this period, and the fee difference arising from the change must be collected by the method determined by consultation with the support unit. The postponement process can be made up to thirty (30) calendar days later.
3) https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/ authorities are responsible for following up on situations or operational cancellations and/or other delays that occur due to changes in flight programs where the passenger has previously made a reservation for the transportation service and to take all necessary measures in a timely manner to perform the transportation service without requesting an additional fee. In this context, if the passenger has paid the transfer fee to https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/ in the event of a flight cancellation for any reason, https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/ will refund the entire transfer fee to the bank account to be notified by the passenger within 7 (seven) business days at the latest.
4) The invoice for the service is issued when the service is performed. The invoice is delivered as requested by the BUYER from among the options offered to the BUYER.
5) In case of full or partial refunds that may occur due to cancellation or disruption of the invoiced services caused by the BUYER, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. If the disruption or cancellation situation is caused by https://www.bodrumtransfer48.com/, the entire payment is refunded to the BUYER account.
6) In addition, in services produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made personalized by making changes or additions, in campaigns and other promotional sales that can be made, the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal. However, Bodrum Transfer may use the right of postponement in accordance with the change rules to be used within thirty (30) calendar days.
7) In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Bodrum Transfer settlement area are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
8) In case the order is finalized, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
